the shower head was slightly broken. it was a minor inconvenience.

I found the staff very nice and helpful. They were always available. The location proved quite convenient. I could easily access many eateries and public transport. I particularly appreciated the rich breakfast buffet. There was a great variety of options available.

The bathroom in my room was quite small. The toilet was very close to the wall. This made it a bit uncomfortable to sit properly. I also noticed that the shower doors did not close completely. This led to some water spillage and required extra care.

the staff members were very friendly and helpful , always available to assist with directions and recommendations. i found tea and coffee always available in the lobby (a cute touch). the breakfast buffet had many options, including plant milk and yogurt. i really appreciated that the hotel seemed open to suggestions as well.
